Product Manager/Product Lead - Digital Services - Intranet - User Journeys - UX - UCD - Business Systems

Our well known digital media client requires a Product Manager/Product Lead to work with product functional work streams and the Intranet Product Managers for finance, procurement, HR and Learning. The role is responsible for striving to optimise the user experience of the journey to the SMART applications.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Enable and conduct end to end testing and UAT by ensuring the Intranet platform is fit for purpose and aligned with the Intranet detailed design document.
- Working with the Intranet Product Managers and Functional Leads to ensure timely delivery of the programme
- Conduct user testing, analyse and document results and implement changes where applicable

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

- Proven product management experience and understanding of business systems with experience managing small to medium size projects. You need to understand UX, mapping user journeys, user testing, use cases, user centred design
- Champion the importance of user experience whilst understanding the constraints of business applications
- Extensive experience of working with Enterprise Systems and CMS systems
- Experience overseeing user-centred design, web standards (W3C) and accessibility standards
- Experience communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels within the organisation, including oral and written presentations, proposals, specifications and reports
