Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Whole life cycle Product management from product creation to product withdrawal.

Management of the commercial activities of the New Product introduction (NPI) Process, through definition of needs brief and market requirements,agreeing product specification and co-ordinating marketing launch planning with the NPI project teams.

Providing price position analysis in conjunction with Sales & Marketing: Preparation of business plans for new products in conjunction with finance.

Ensure product customer reviews are conducted at the appropriate stage of development to ensure all products meet market requirements.

Undertake competitor benchmarking analysis and provide information to Sales & Marketing to assist with Sales Development strategy.

Be fully conversant with changes in legislation or directives which may have a major impact on design and specification of the product range.

Experience Required:

You must have a good technical/engineering background and strong industry insight ideally in the Heating industry.

Previous experience in a Product Management position

Excellent Communication skills
