IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Provide business process management expertise
-Stay abreast of internal and external developments, trends, and other dynamics
-Maintain, at all times, a fully current view and perspective of internal/external influences and/or implications for assigned processes, projects, and/or other recurring and ad hoc responsibilities
-Proactively review internal process metrics, industry trends and research related to program, project and business process practices
-Communicate issues, concerns, and recommendations to Education & Engagement Leadership & CDLT in a timely and targeted manner to support effective, expeditious, and efficient decision-making regarding business process
-Actively monitor the business process landscape to find opportunities for functional alignment
-Actively manage relationships with other pRED stakeholders with regards to process development
-Represent pRED in relevant boards and working groups for process development and alignment where necessary

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Proven experience in clinical drug development or training within the pharmaceutical industry
-Working knowledge of international regulatory and ICH GCP guidelines
-Previous experience working in a process management environment is strongly preferred
-Experience facilitating cross-functional group planning and decision-making
-Project management and process improvement skills
-Sound knowledge of and preference for working with operational excellence
-Experience with methodologies and tools, such as value stream mapping, business process redesign, Six Sigma, LEAN, modelling and simulation, cycle time reduction, etc.
-Strong experience in clinical or pharmaceutical development is essential
-Knowledge of the drug development process
-Knowledge of early development desired
-Proven project management and co-ordination skills including planning, organisational and time management skills
