3+ Month Contract

Contract Terms: W2

Must be certified Six Sigma Black Belt and familiar with Lean methodology and experienced in leading large scale projects working across multiple functional groups. Extensive business process improvement skills, and able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment. Must be proficient in statistics software and able to analyze large amounts of data. Must possess excellent verbal, written, persuasion and selling skills as well as strong presentation and leadership skills. Ability to work with senior management and with functional and site leaders to identify, develop and deploy process improvements. Develops and delivers quality and process improvement training modules. Coaches and mentors others leading improvement projects.

Experience Level:
Degree in a related field is required; minimum of 8+ years of direct relevant experience. Experience in a healthcare environment is a big preference. 

Work Environment: Travelling amongst SF, San Rafael, and Redwood City 
Scope of the project: Help Improvement Advisors close projects and apply the performance improvement methodology; help leadership teams implement PI strategies and systems, and facilitate local PI training. 
Top 3 Skills: Master Black or Lean technical skills, customer focus and relationship management, results oriented 
Top 5 daily responsibilities: meet with Director of PI, mentor/coach improvement advisor, implement PI systems, provide/facilitate local PI training, complete projects as necessary
