MY DUTIES:

- The Process Improvement Associate Specialist will ensure the quality of health products delivered to different countries supported by the organization
- He will be responsible of processes related to the planning and Procurement Team responsibilities for both grant and non-grant funding channels
- The Sspecialist will provide support for the definition of processes to ensure compliance
- He will work on risk management with grant and non-grant funding channels and will report and review processes related to exceptions
- The Specialist will manage the cross-Secretariat demand and supply planning
- He will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders by supporting alignment of relevant activities across all Supply Operations Teams

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- University Degree in Public Health, Business, Public Administration or a related field or equivalent professional certification or training
- Work experience
- Experience in public and preferably also in private sector procurement and supply chain
- Experience in management, coordination across an organization, stakeholder engagement
- Working in cross-functional teams, defining operational procedures
- Excellent knowledge of English and a good working knowledge of French
