Process Expert Jira (m/f/d)

For our customer we search from now a Process Expert Jira (m/f/d) - remote possible

Your Tasks:
- Translation of identified business needs into technical requirements in Jira Software
- Creation and implementation of a concept for a joint Jira Software-Template
- Administration of Jira Software
- Provide guidance and expertise on state of the art technical know how (Atlassian products)
- Process and Coordination
- Analysis and consolidation of business needs to establish a joint and structured approach for backlog management/overall development pipeline
- Definition and establishment of a common approach and rules for cross company backlog management e.g How to define user stories, estimation definition, prioritization methods etc.
- Coordination of regular backlog management meetings between companies
- Consulting reg. standards for code documentation, release management etc.
- Act as a sparring partner for Business and IT

Your qualification:
- Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in setting up “Jira Software” (ideally Atlassian certified)
- Extensive experience implementing agile techniques in different work cultures and environments
- Experience in transforming, designing, and establishing new systems and methods in decentral organizations
- Strong coaching skills
- Good Experience in the translation of business needs into technical requirements
- Advanced collaboration and excellent communications skills
- Experiences in change management and excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in German and English
