Process Expert Clinical Packaging

For our client in Basel we are looking for a Process Expert Clinical Packaging for a 2 month contract,

Duration: ASAP- 15.12.2017

Workload: 100% (Part time assignment possible, min. 60-70%)

Place: Basel

Position purpose:

- Enhancement of current cleaning validation concept and support of cleaning validation at DSM Operations Clinical Packaging

Major Accountabilities:

- execute project according to quality, quantity and timelines in assigned project
- proactively communicate key issues and any critical topic in a timely manner to the appropriate management level and to/or any other relevant project team members
- advise team members and work according to appropriate SOPs, GMP, GLP, QM, HSE, ISEC & Guidelines and ensure compliance
- contribute to SOPs writing and review.
- give guidance to team members. Provide coaching and technical training as subject matter expert or recognized technical expert.

Key Performance Indicators

- adherence to quality, quantity and timelines for all assigned tasks/projects
- GMP Compliance (number of deviations, technical issues, audit/inspection findings)
- adherence to standards and Values & Behaviors, in particular, quality, ethical, health, safety, and environment standards (HSE), and information security standards (ISEC).

Education:

- Degree in science, engineering or equivalent.

Experience:

- more than 3 years of practical experience in chemical/pharmaceutical industry or more 3 years of experience in field of expertise
- good expertise in cleaning validation field.
- basic project management, good organization and planning skills
- knowledge of relevant regulations (eg GMP, HSE etc.) and specific standards.
- demonstrates problem-solving and idea generation skills
- good presentation skills
- very good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.

Languages:

- Fluent in local language, good English
