PROCESS DESIGNER - PRODUCT SALES WORKFLOW DESIGN - MULTI        

We require the services of a Process consultant who really understand Sales Workflow in a large multi channel environment. The core aspect of this role is designing a new Sales Workflow processes for individual Financial Services Products. This will allow more efficient Sales across Financial Services Products and more effective and targeted marketing. This customer data and insight must then be available to the sales channels to enable insightful customer conversations (Contact Centre). The development of the end solution will begin delivery in early 2014, however there is a need to carry out initial design to provide requirements to this development process. We are hence recruiting for a Consultant to establish Sales workflow Designs. The successful candidate must bring Sales Workflow Process Design experience (getting the best out of Leads developed in Branch, via Digital Media or indeed any of the other channels
