My Client, a Financial Asset Manager based in the Netherlands are currently recruiting for a Process Designer/Business Change Analyst to join the team.

This role will require you to complete the activities in the field of design, optimization, process description and implementation of asset management processes

Skills needed:

- Assertiveness to acquire detailed information and to document this information in a comprehensive manner for business representatives but also technically correct to be in line with stakeholders such as Enterprise architecture and Operational risk
- Project management skills in planning and executing activities
- Extensive knowledge as process consultant within financial organizations
- Modeling language: Experience in modelling in BPMN (2.0)
- Tooling: Experience in modelling in Bizz Design
- Knowledge of operational risk management
- The extent to which candidates possesses the aforementioned overall requirements and experience also determines the seniority level suggested by the supplier and the position the candidate will hold.
