-Assess tools and ERP systems in specific process of cloud operation units of the customer for feasibility, pain points and improvement measures
-Judge on used architecture within the IT landscape of the customers' Cloud business
-Publish modified process in specific format within intranet
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Good understanding of ITIL Standard
-Very good technical understanding of tools used in business and IT operation (SAP ERP Systems and Portfolio)
-Good IT architecture understanding
-Process management and documentation skills
-Excellent MS Project know-how
-Excellent command of English
-Outstanding communication skills
