PRINCIPAL RF TEST ENGINEER

I am currently looking for a Principal RF Test Engineer to be based in the Netherlands.

YOUR JOB

- Secure SAS industrial RF test roadmap required to realize the product portfolio of a segment that is in-line with SAS Industrial Strategy
- Drive new RF test methodologies that improves way of working (calibration, test time, accuracy)
- Involvement in wide test and operation teams (Tester, Handler, Sockets, TPE Community, user groups)
- Involvement in wide (RF) DfT/DFx technique discussions and driving the DfT strategy within the business line
- Drive RF test strategy of complex new product that is in-line with SAS Test strategy, fulfilling target cost and high quality requirements
- Work together with multi-disciplinary team in identifying and mitigating risk related to new product or technology release
- Manage the development of Industrial Test Facility (ITF)
- Define the required RF HW, write and debug test software
- Drive the release of RF ITF for production at Asia Pacific sites with close cooperation with local teams
- Lead the continuous improvement on way of working within test RF team and deploying this to the whole BL
- Review and coach junior and senior test engineers in achieving high quality test deliverables
- Support test and product engineers at production sites in competence build-up, identifying cost reduction opportunities, capacity expansion and transfers
- Support the Test manager in developing the TE team and defining long term strategies

YOUR PROFILE

- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Strong technical background in the field of electronics and ideally in the RF domain
- 10-15 years relevant experience in RF semiconductor, high volume industrial testing
- Knowledge in RF Product testing
- Good programming skills (C++, VBA, Labview)
- Experience in leading multi-site, multidisciplinary projects and good stake holder management
- Takes ownership and initiative, target driven and international team player
- Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills in English
- Strong stake holder management
