A high performing advanced technological team is seeking a Principal petroleum engineer, a business critical position which will aid continued growth and success of an established company.

The objective of the role is to maximize both daily production and ultimate field recovery.

Working in close conjunction with the reservoir management team - the key function of this position is to provide expert advice and guidance from a production technology/petroleum engineering perspective allowing management of existing producing stock aswel as new developments.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience with an operator, production allocation, production surveillance, well testing and production chemistry are all skills that are beneficial. A good understanding and experience with Petroleum Expert software is also required.

This position will report to the subsurface manager and is an urgent requirement.
