Principal Hybris Architect required for a major retailer based in the Midlands. You will be able to demonstrate experience from several hybris implementations and subsequently several integrations with wider Java based environments, including Legacy systems. You will be fully aware of the possible pitfalls of hybris implementations, and how to avoid them. Experience from either a consultancy or end client background will be considered.

Expert hybris integration experience will be obvious from your profile, as will your ability to lead, mentor and give expert direction to teams of both architects and developers. You will also be able to showcase expert stakeholder management experience whilst working in pressurised environments to challenging, strict timescales.

Part of this role will involve setting the architectural road map, so previous exposure to the strategy setting of hybris implementations would be ideal. As would previous first hand experience of working closely with 3rd party organisations involved with such complex implementations.
