- Experience within the PPI and/or COMPLAINTS SPACE
- Operational change/PPI Operations/Regulatory Operations - necessary
- Experience working on complaints transformation programmes
- Extensive working on ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
- Candidate are required to have consistent contract in banking
- TARGET OPERATING MODEL definition and implementation
Note: this position will consist of travel to Europe, any SPANISH speaking candidate would be looking upon favourably
