PPI QA MANAGER - PPI OPERATIONS MANAGER - PPI SPECIALIST - POOLE

PPI Operations manager to be responsible for:

- Managing the processing of payments on PPI complaints, providing direction and ensuring that consistent approaches and standards are maintained.
- Monitoring and actively managing the team's workload and resources to ensure that agreed deliverables are met on time and to the right quality.
- Managing the workload and performance of the third parties who provide payment handling services to ensure that work is delivered within SLA to the right quality
- Monitoring of the Supplier's delivery of the Services through service management function within PPI
- Reviewing the Supplier's performance against SLA's in conjunction with the relevant Service Delivery Manager.
- Resolving any operational and technical problems, issues and/or risks that either party identifies in connection with the Services.
- Leading and motivate staff in own team
- Providing direction and support to own direct reports, to enable them to perform their roles to the highest levels of effectiveness.
- Communicating and engage team members to ensure business objectives are understood and Embedded to maximise performance
- Holding regular team meetings and one-to-one sessions with own staff, and keeps them fully informed of developments within PPI and the wider business

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK HOURS 3PM-11PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY

SKILLS (ESSENTIAL)

- Team Leadership
- Advanced Analysis Skills
- Business Awareness
- Good understanding of the PPI complaint handling process.
- Proven experience working within service management and relationships with third party suppliers.
- Proven experience of performance management in a blue chip or financial services organisation

- The jobholder must have the ability to demonstrate energy and high level of motivation to ensure output is delivered on time and to the highest quality.
- There is a strong focus on continuous improvement in this role; hence the jobholder must be able to adapt changing customer demands.
- Able to work with Senior Management.
