PPI/Pegulatory Policy Specialists/Banking

Our client, a leading global bank, is looking for a range of Policy Managers to implement Policy within the PPI Complaints area.

We are looking for policy managers to support PPI complaint handling policy development. Experience in remediation or FOS or trend and root cause analysis.

Required Experience:
*Previous experience working as a Policy Manager/Specialist within regulated environments
*Experience in remediation
*FOS or FCA/FSA experience
*trend and root cause analysis
*Ideally PPI experience
*Regulatory technical expertise in PS 10/12 is highly desirable for the roles
