Post Sales Technical Consultant - ATMs

Our client produces hardware and software for financial and retail institutions in the Netherlands. We are currently looking for a Post Sales Consultant with experience working with automated telling machines (ATM) Due to dealing with Dutch financial clients we are looking for someone who speaks fluent Dutch and English.

The candidate will be responsible for consulting with existing customers using Self Service software products typically used within Automated Telling Machines. They will be liaising with the customers higher line technical support team and the clients support team to ensure delivery on SLA's. Technically the Consultant will be able to analyse problems, reproduction, cause determination and problem solving along with the preparation of software installs. A hands on mentality and approach will be required and as such someone use to dealing with high stress situations.

Skills required for the role include Technology and Engineering skills (proven background). Software problem solving and decision making as well as excellent communication skills and team work. Reproduction and testing of software and working with/building Aggregates and Windows XP and Win 7 installation script Images.

Specific Technical Skill Requirements

Two or more years in-depth technical experience in a development or support environment for software related products including;
Microsoft Development Studio (VB, C and ideally C++ and C#)
Microsoft Windows operating systems (XP, win 7, Win 10), including DOS and VB Scripting and Windows Security
Knowledge of ATMs and CEN/XFS
