Scope of Tasks:
The candidate will manage the post go live operations and will be responsible for the design, execution and enhancements of Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Release Management processes and Service Transition to the customer center of expertise. Overall understanding of Financials and Logistics is required, understanding of airline industry is an advantage. Solution Manager experience is required, experience with version 7.1 is an asset. Management of on-site and virtual teams is a part of the role. Communication and negotiation skills is a must as this is a customer facing role. PMP, ITIL, SAP E2E Solution Operations certifications preferred.
