For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

PMO - MiFID II/Banking (4694)

The goal of this project is to implement MiFID ll in all the International Locations of the bank including Luxembourg, London, Spain, Italy, etc.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 4+ YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A PMO SUPPORTING LARGE PROGRAMS, PREFERABLY IN FINANCIAL INDUSTRY
- BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF MIFID OR AT LEAST OF THE REGULATORY ENVIRONMENT
- PROFOUND SKILLS AT MS OFFICE (OUTLOOK, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)
- Banking experience is an advantage
- The ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders on different levels

YOUR RESPONSIBILITES:

- Support compliant implementation of MiFID II across the international locations
- Prepare summary/status overview for senior management
- Ensure alignment of implementation along international locations
- Deputies responsible person in calls/meetings and ensure proper follow-up
- Independently review client communication, trainings and information material
- Help on day to day enquiries from various stakeholders
