PMO Manager - Retail Banking Group - Insurance - Bristol - £459/day

My client, a leading UK Retail Bank, are currently recruiting for a PMO Manager to work on an insurance programme.

PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME

The programme will deliver changes to the legal entity structure of the Insurance Division in advance of Solvency II implementation.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

The role will report to the Senior PMO Manager and the Asset Transfer, Reinsurancefacilitating the formulation of the stakeholder engagement strategy and communications plans.

CORE SKILLS

- Previous experience of working on a key strategic programme.
- Significant experience working on large cross functional and time-bound transformation programmes with significant numbers of stakeholders in a Matrix environment.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and competence in use of Microsoft Project.
- Previous experience of workshop preparation and facilitation.
- Strong organisation and planning skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, tenacity, a can do attitude and the versatility to take on tasks required to enable programme delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Core PMO and business analysis skills.

DESIRED SKILLS

- Previous experience of working on Long Term Insurance Business Part VII transfers
