My client is a leading international cable company that is looking for a PMO Manager to join their team in the Netherlands. This is an initial 3 month contract which could possibly be extended for up to 12 months. The programme itself is focused on Set Top Box (STB) delivery across a number of operating countries.

Key Responsibilities:

* You will be required to gather plans for the various projects and track the risk.
* Use the project tool Clarity to create the reports and extract information.
* Put discipline around the Project Managers.
* Introduce the governance and build reports.
* Manage all stakeholders effectively.

Essential Skills and Experience:

* Must have at least 7-10 years' experience at PMO level.
* Must have a technical knowledge as you will be required to converse with Technical Project Managers.
* Experience within a technical delivery environment.
* Must have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
