Full Time, Fixed Term (24 months)
Grade D: £20,781- £24,775 per annum

An opportunity has arisen to join the IT and Media Services (ITMS) Directorate. You will be working with the CSM Programme at an exciting time of investment and modernisation at DMU.

You will work with managers and colleagues within ITMS and across the University to provide administrative support for the CSM Programme, including support for programme and project planning and management. Working with the Programme Manager and colleagues to develop, review and improve programme and project management processes. Maintaining up to date tracking of the CSM Programme, assisting with capacity planning and project status reports.

You will assist CSM Project Managers to develop effective plans and resource forecasting, providing administrative services to the programme, ensuring that all documentation complies with programme and project assurance managing agendas, collating papers and servicing the meetings and presentations.

You must be able to demonstrate: Good communication skills and an ability to present clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders at all levels in an often pressured, high profile environment.
