Plastic Welder/Duct Installer

Duct Installer/Plastic Welder- Essex- Contract (Ongoing)

My client is seeking skilled UPVC duct installers/plastic laminators who can work on their own initiative ie supervised by a visiting supervisor. We are seeking additional site labour to supplement the installation crew currently working Essex.

Skills

- Positioning and Securing duct support steelwork
- Installing the ductwork into the supports
- Joining and sealing the ducting by a combination of hot air or solvent weld and then glass fibre.
- (GRP Laminating, Plastic welding-UVPC)
- Finishing the joints to provide a continuous section

Requirements

- Possession of current CSCS cards (essential)
- Thames Water Passport to Safety (important)
- Construction recognised tickets ie PASMA, IPAFF,

Location: Essex

Rate: £10-£16
