Plasterer

Plasterer is required to work on domestic properties (social housing) to a high quality standard. You will carry out all aspects of plastering work within a repairs and maintenance environment.

Communicating effectively with all associated persons eg tenant/client/supervisors.

Carrying out all work as instructed/directed, in accordance with the Health & Safety guidelines.

Complying with the company's policies and procedures.

Required:

-

Candidates must have City and Guilds qualifications or equivalent.
-

Significant domestic/social housing plastering experience.
-

Must have a full driving licence is required.

A fully expensed company vehicle is provided but candidates will be required to have use of there own tools.

Temporary ongoing position

Hours: 40 Hours per week, Monday - Friday Between 8am-5pm

Rate: £11.25 per hour (CIS)

Location: Covering the Colchester, Tendering, Ipswich Sudbury and surrounding areas.
