SALARY: £19,621 (PRO RATA)

A vacancy for maternity cover has arisen within our busy Personnel department. Assisting the Personnel Manager, you will act as the first point of contact for all Personnel enquiries; providing a generalist support and advisory service to the personnel function within the College covering areas such as recruitment and selection, absence management, staff induction, and training and development. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to demonstrate tact, diplomacy and discretion. Experience of working within an HR or Personnel environment at a similar level is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring (DBS) Check.
