An experienced administrator with an interest in HR is desirable
Required skills - Solid experience with MS Office, specifically Excel and Word
Stress resistant, able to work with strict deadlines
Able to dig into the details but at the same time capable of differentiating essential versus non essential details
Administrative skills, data handling and reporting
Very well organized, very structured in how work is handled
Self sufficient, independent, pro-active, able to pick up the phone and discuss topics in international environment
Project Management Skills would be advantageous
Ideally - Experienced in working and understanding the complexities of operating in an international environment
Role - Operating within a Matrix organisation the successful candidate will need to develop effective working relationships with HR Country Managers, HR Business Partners and the wider HR team.
Key activities are: Supporting the International HR Service Delivery team
Providing Support to HR Geography Partner CER
Responsible for all operational and administrative activities for the UK Data reporting & Data Filing Administrating International/Local Policies and Programs
Providing 2nd Line support to Employee and Mgmt on local T&C/Policy issues.
Work on internal projects as required
