Projektbeschreibung

Provides front-line customer service and support to employees (active and inactive), managers, HR, and company vendors responding to questions, issues and problems related to HR (excluding payroll and benefit services). Perform transactional and data/records management activities in support of HR and HRIS functions.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Provide excellent customer service.
- Answer employee calls and resolve questions/issues by accessing information in multiple systems on the computer for 4 hours per day.
- Route/refer calls for advanced support and follow up as required.
- Process PeopleSoft transactions 4 hours per day from electronic forms and follow-up for additional information if unclear. Examples of data are salary, work location, pay group, benefit plan, department number, and employee type.

SKILLS:

MINIMUM:

- Minimum completion of High School or equivalent (ie, GED certificate)
- 1 to 5 years HRIS data entry experience - PeopleSoft preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Effective listening and reading comprehension skills
- Confident phone presence
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated ability to grasp information quickly and ask effective questions when required
- Effective problem solving and follow-through skills
- Experience with PC and keyboard
- Effective time management skills and detail oriented
- Call Center experience

PREFERRED:

- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Experience working with and contributing to a team
