Peoplesoft Architect

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

- EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 7-10 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE.
- SHOULD BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO ZURICH FOR 3 WEEKS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE PROJECT.
- Looking for someone who can develop PeopleSoft strategy by identifying key business.
- Be able to diagnose and map new global business processes.
- Be able to Conduct and analyze cost vs. benefits and risk analysis.
- Establish global ERP architecture by integrating PeopleSoft across functional lines.
- Should be able to determine functional layers and establish partner collaborations and translating ERP needs into PeopleSoft solutions including computer platform,database and systems integration. 
- Enable PeopleSoft architecture by recommending hardware and software solutions.
- Preparing workflow and business rules including triggers, alerts, procedures, and integration standards.
- Strong Leadership with excellent communication and Teamwork skills are required. 
- Must be proactive and independent team player and be able to perform well under pressure.
