Projektbeschreibung
The PeopleSoft Analyst/Integration Specialist will analyze and document business requirements and processes related to County business; will implement and/or integrate PeopleSoñ Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) products for a single or multiple related entities; provide business analysis support throughout the project life cycle for the installation, conñguration, testing, implementation; and provide ongoing maintenance of PeopleSoft Enterprise ERP systems.
PeopleSoft Analyst/Integration Specialist Competencies:
a. Experience and knowledge ofthe steps required for integrating, converting, installing or upgrading t0 a new release of PeopleSoft
b. Experience and knowledge of third party products such as Tuxedo and Micro Focus Cobol
c. Good analytical, group facilitation and relationship management Skills
d. Must have an extensive understanding of current PeopleSoñ Enterprise software products with an ability t0 conceptualize solutions t0 business problems in the most effective and cost efficient manner
e. Ability to integrate PeopleSoñ Enterprise solutions across multiple functional and technical environments
f. Experience with PeopleSoft Enterprise software products including PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) modules: Payroll, Benefits, Pension, Human Resources (HR), Employee Self` Service/Manager Self Service (ESS/MSS), eReeruit, time and labor
g. Experience in Goverment sector assignments
PeopleSoft Programmer/Analyst
The PeopleSoft Programmer/Analyst will develop PeopleSoft application extensions, integrations, conversions, customizations, and reports. The Programmer/Analyst Will also participate in all phases of the product development life cycle, Starting with requirements analysis and progressing through functional design, system development, testing, and system implementation.
PeopleSoft Programmer/Analyst Competencies:
a. In-depth hands-on experience with Application Engine, Application Package, Component interface, integration Broker, and Workñow
b. Excellent programming experience in Structured Query Report Writer (SQR) Language
c. Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) modules:
Payroll, Beneñts, Pension, Human Resources (HR), Employee Self Service/Manager Self Service (ESS/MSS), eRecruit, time and labor
d. Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and conceptual skills
e. Ability to Work in a Cross-functional team environment
f. Experience automating business processes utilizing PeopleSoft technologies
