For a project at our bank client here in Zurich we are looking for an experienced
PEOPLE TRANSITION MANAGER W/CHANGE MANAGEMENT & HR EXPERIENCE (2727)
Our client is in the process of establishing a global technology infrastructure that will provide development, delivery, operations and support on all layers of the company.
Therefore our client is in need of support for the firm-wide transition project that will lead to a successful execution of this venture.
KEY DELIVERABLES
- Provide production application support and application testing services
- Define critical workforce segments to guide the people transition program
- Enable a successful people transition by:
- Recruiting critical workforce resources through creation of a recruiting strategy
- Implement and develop a training program to transfer knowledge to critical workforce ressources
- Develop long term career trajectories by defining and implementing career paths
- Prioritize jobs that deliver the highest value for the business effectiveness
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF EXECUTING CHANGE MANAGEMENT AT A MAJOR GLOBAL ORGANISATION
- EXPERIENCE IN RUNNING LARGE SCALE TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMS INTEGRATING HUMAN CAPITAL ELEMENTS INTO ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN
- STRONG LEADERSHIP SKILLS/SOLID LINE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
- EXPERIENCE WORKING IN HR DEPARTMENT OF MAJOR GLOBAL ORGANIZATION IS CONSIDERED A STRONG ASSET
- Strong leadership experience and has worked as part of a high performing senior management team
- Highly developed strategic foresight along with the ability to implement a vision, to a high standard of execution
- Service Culture Orientation. Understands how to successfully develop an innovative culture of client service and Client demand management
- A mobiliser who can align stakeholders, capabilities, and resources for getting things done quickly and achieving complex objectives
- Fluent in English, German would be highly welcomed
