EDT global are working with a leading (ICT) company that provides world-class business consulting, information technology and communication services and has development and delivery centers across the globe.

They are currently seeking an experienced 2 x Oracle CRM - Oracle eBusiness Suite (R12.1.3) Functional Consultants to join an existing project based in Melbourne.

We are looking for consultants that have experience in the below to join the project immediately.

Oracle eBusiness Suite R12.1.3 modules:
- Oracle Inbound Telephony
- Oracle Scripting
- Oracle Teleservice
- Oracle Knowledge Management
- both HTML Service Requests and Forms
- SCADA integration to CRM Service

Business Processes
- Inbound Call to Respond
- Inbound Call to Callback
- Inbound Call to Hold
- Inbound Call through Scripted help
- Respond to Solution provision
- Respond to Service Request Creation
