Operations Manager Emergency Care

ISL is currently working with an Acute Trust in London who are looking for an Interim Manager of Emergency Care to support a period of transition and change.

My client, a leading Acute Trust in London is looking to engage an Interim Manager for their Emergency department for an initial 6 months with the potential to extend.

This is an operational role that will report into the Divisional General Manager. The postholder will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of Emergency Care including delivering of operational performance targets and the achievement of service objectives.

The ideal candidate for this role:

*Will have proven experience in a management post in an acute setting
*Will be able to effectively manage service objectives in line with trust and national targets
*Will be able to manage staff in a fast paced environment and build working relationships with Clinical teams.
