Operations Manager

Assisting with management of technical and portfolio issues on solar plants within this leading investors PV solar portfolio in the UK, reporting back to the Senior Portfolio Manager. Monitoring performance of plants in operational portfolio Assessing reports from Operators and Asset Manager Manage O&M Contractors Coordinate technical advisors Manage any incident and or issue occurring at the plants Visits to solar plants Propose and implement improvements to the plants Improving their Solar Asset Monitoring tool (SAM) Interact with the acquisition team

SKILLS REQUIRED
Experience in EPC and O&M of solar plants in the UK
Experience with EPC and O&M contracts
Understanding of solar technologies and components
Proficient in use of simulation software such as PVSyst
Excellent management, organisational, analytical, and communication skills
Project management skills, multi-tasking capabilities
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Strong undergraduate degree/university, preferably with a Master in renewable energy. Three to five years of experience in the UK solar market.
