Our client is looking for a highly-motivated Operations Manager who wants to be an active contributor to the continued evolution of a world-class service organization. Operations Managers are responsible to provide technical consultation and product support for strategic advertising partners and product teams. You will be an escalation point within the account team to help solve platform, product and technical issues both pre and post-sale, as well as post-launch for digital advertising campaigns.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Field incoming consultation requests from account teams and deliver timely response and accompanying technical solution (if required)
- Accountable for the flawless launch and testing for paid video advertising campaigns on digital properties
- Participate in cross-group discussions with marketing and product teams and assess technical feasibility of new product or platform opportunities
- Ensure quality by meticulously evaluating ad products against test cases and test designs
- Coordinate with team members to manage daily team workload and priorities
- Maintain ongoing operations initiatives, processes, product, and tool releases for the account team
- Collaborate on the delivery of technology and service solutions that meet customer needs and represent incremental revenue opportunities
- Manage changing priorities and other duties as business need dictates
- Poised to interface with strategic clients as requested by account team's in both pre and post-sale consultation
- Ensure quality by enforcing standard policies and procedures

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree preferred (Computer Science or IT background preferred)
- 2+ years working in a customer service organization with demonstrated experience troubleshooting client and/or customer issues
- 2+ years project-management or cross-functional team experience required
- 1-2 years of Front End web development experience
- TECHNICAL UNDERSTANDING OF WINDOWS AND POPULAR GAMES CONSOLES/PLATFORMS
- Familiarity with video capture and formats
- Familiarity with screen captures and PPT presentations
- Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present complex subjects to diverse audiences in understandable terms
- Demonstrated ability to leverage a deep understanding of the online media space to successfully develop and grow major account relationships
- Demonstrated ability to use analytical and troubleshooting skills and strategic abilities to resolve complex technical issues
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal business and account team partners
- Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
- Adept at creating practical solutions to daily business challenges
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects and processes simultaneously
- Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Demonstrated ability to understand and provide creative solutions to customer needs
- High attention to details and follow through

This contract position is expected to be 6 - 12 months in duration.
