Our client, a Corporate Bank based in the city requires an experienced Operations Manager with PPI and call centre set up experience to lead and manage a new function. The role will be to identify any MIS-selling on customer/company accounts.

- To set up, lead, motivate and develop a call centre to manage PPI or MIS-selling complaints and to deliver a quality service to clients and stakeholders.
- To identify MIS-selling around PPI or any other products
- To manage resources, costs, development needs, service standards across the call centre.
- To manage and resolve issues which will ensure that the team operates with maximum efficiency.
- Manage & liaise with internal/external parties through end to end process to ensure required cycle times are monitored, managed and achieved
- Act as an escalation point for complex queries and issues
- Drive change within team to ensure continuous improvement
- Proven Leadership/People Management skills ideally crafted within a financial services environment at VP level
- Proven Operational and process re-engineering management
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal, written, negotiating and networking)
- Analytical and investigatory skills
