Operations Financial Controller (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Deal with monthly forecast and follow up of Operations headcount and expenses
-Partner with the legal entity controllers to ensure that accounting entries (mainly accruals and reversals at month-end) are accurate, timely and appropriately reconciled
-Manage operations hub cost allocations
-Produce monthly and weekly analysis/reporting for the operations and Finance Management
-Manage 3 year plan process
-Prepare presentations/ad hoc requests and analysis for Senior Management
-Track and analyze external vendor spend and invoices (contractor, software etc) for operations department
-Exposure and regular contacts with Asia, USA, Latin America

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Prior experience in Finance, Accounting and General Ledger
-Fluency in English is necessary (C1)
-Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point, knowledge of Hyperion Essbase a plus
-Strong initiative, ability to take ownership and work independently as well as in a team
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong problem solving and analytical skills to identify issues and trends and develop solutions and/or recommendations
-Flexible mind-set and be adaptable to changes in procedures, processes, systems, etc.
-Ability to work with tight deadlines
-Strong organisation skills and ability to effectively prioritize workload
