Operations Expert ESG (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- The task encompasses the consultation as external Operations Expert in the Project ESG.
- Creation of specific business requirements for our technology developers
- Definition of a target operating model with all stakeholders across the company
- Definition and setup of new Performance Reports
- Consult the internal test coordination
- Creation of process flows to support the new requirement Interfaces definition within the workflows
- Define and create performance and attribution related methodologies e.g. key performance indicators and key risk indicators
- Preparation of decision papers for senior management

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- ESG knowledge
- Experience with creation of specific business requirements for our technology developers
- Experience with Performance Reports
- Experience with definition and creation of performance and atribution related methodologies
