Operational Change Manager - Charity

My client, a Third Sector/Charity organisation based in South Wales is looking to engage an Operational Change Manager to support them in the development of their recently established central nursing service. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the charitable sector with an organisation that offers support to a wide range of people.

This charity offers care in the home in the form of 2000 Nurses and Healthcare Assistants who are managed via the Nursing Service Centre. This is a recently established centre and my client is looking to engage an interim who can support in developing the service from an operational and performance based perspective. You will work with existing managers to develop and implement structure and process to ensure effective delivery in the front line service.

The ideal individual for this role will be an operational manager who has experience of delivering change, particularly with regard to process and performance. You will ideally have an understanding of clinical services and experience of working within or in partnership with the NHS. You will be hands on and able to understand the 'people' element of change, working with individuals to ensure they are engaged in improvement.
