Operation/Application Onboarding Manager (GxP/Validation)

We have an immediate need for an Operation/Application Manager for a long term contract with a Pharma client in Geneva.

- 5-7 years of experience in IT system integration and planning and GxP validation and systems in Pharma preferably
- Must be fluent in English and French or English and Italian
- STRONG EXPERIENCE IN GXP REGULATIONS AND VALIDATION or experience in regulated industries comparable to Pharma
- Experience in documentation of IT system gaps and audits
- Creation of process documents for IT systems in validated/regulated industries
- Capturing IT System gaps and performance issues
- Work on day-to-day operations speaking French/Italian language documenting requirements and processes
- Co-ordinate, lead and actively the integration of systems along with Project team
- Highlight any risks and issues observed, creation of risk register and tracking of risks
- Work consultatively with stakeholders and retain focus to achieve the deployment schedule
- Work with Project management to assist with tracking & escalation of issues
- Documentation of requirements and GxP findings
- Document Audit finding and creation of remediation plan
