The candidate will work in the Cost Accounting Steering Centre based in Brussels. In this context, knowledge of bank environment is not required.
Function Description:
Support the Operating Office manager in the day to day tasks:
. SharePoint Sites management
. Clarity Management
. Resources, Capacity planning management.
. Project Portfolio management and follow up: Project Documentation and deliverables follow up, Progress reporting, Meeting supporting documents preparation, Actions lists management, Reporting to management
Duration: Start Date : ASAP
Duration : till 31/03/2015 (with possible extension)
Location: Brussels, Citeb / Arcadia building.
Required knowledge / Experience
Je profiel: Required knowledge / Experience
Language:
French & English : Fluent
Dutch : Good
Education & Soft skills
Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience
? Flexible, accurate
? Good analytical and synthesis skills;
Experience:
A significant experience as PMO
? In-depth experience with Clarity and SharePoint tools
Technical experience / knowledge:
? You have a thorough knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools (Access, word, excel, PowerPoint),But also Microsoft SharePoint
? Knowledge of Clarity (or Time tracking tool)
Mandatory:
? We are looking for someone with a very good technical knowledge of SharePoint and Access and familiar with Project Management tools
(Clarity) and environment.
Preferable:
? Accountancy/ Finance background is an asset.
