Aktuell suchen wir einen oneERP Customer Service Business Consultant.

Auslastung: 2,5 Tage/Woche (Teilzeit)

Aufgaben:

Represents and heads the business side in the project for the SAP S/4 HANA Service
 Able to prepare and evaluate decision proposals for Global Process Owner (GPO) for
Service Processes to support decision making process
 Balances and moderates global & country-interests
 Supports the GPO Service with business and process expertise
 Suggests prioritization of business requirements to GPO Service
 Approves implementation meets business requirements
 Ability to build a bridge between SAP CS and S/4 HANA Service for business

Strong functional knowledge on S/4 HANA Service and SAP CS module
 Strong mediation and leader personality from business with ability to involve & convince
people
 Strong experience in interfaces from/to SAP for service processes
 Supporting lean approach
 Ability to understand current business process and explain alternative S/4 standard
behavior
 Ability to say “No” to the business
