Project Manager required for One ERP International Rollout from Germany to Hungary

Background: Our client has developed a SAP based template for finance, procurement and logistics processes (One.ERP). This template has already been implemented in Germany. The project mission is the Rollout of the One.ERP Template to Hungary (with Magyar Telekom).

Project phases:

Assessment of the template from a Magyar Telekom perspective and fit/gap analysis in terms of business requirements and business processes.

Design of Magyar Telekom solution incl. Process and IT blueprint, interfaces, etc.

Build phase for Magyar Telekom solution

Migration, cut-over and post-conversion support

Required Qualification of Freelancer:

Highly experienced in Telco industry

Expert expertise in procurement processes within the purchase to pay process

Wide process know-how in SAP SRM 7.0 and SAP MM ECC 6.0

Very good process knowledge in interface topics focused on logistics

Basic knowledge in interface topics focused on financial & controlling

Excellent know-how in implementation of international rollouts

Leadership experience in teams or specialist areas

Extensive experienced in working in international Matrix-organized project organizations

Intercultural experience

Outstanding communication skills

Excellent presentation und moderation skills on management level

Fluency in written and spoken English. Hungarian advantageous

Willingness to travel international (travel concept model 3:2), mainly in Europe

Willingness to take on complex tasks with the relevant functional responsibility (focal topics)

Project Tasks of Freelancer:

Focus on One.ERP Procurement modul: Procure-to-pay process based on SAP modules SRM/MM/FI.

As Rollout Project Manager Procurement you will be responsible for the following range of tasks:

Take over responsibility for the rollout of One.ERP procurement template processes in international companies

Management and coordination of all relevant rollout phases (assessment, design, realization and cutover)

Take responsibility for ensuring milestones and deliverables in the time, quality and budget dimensions

Responsible for implementing any changes to the operational procurement outsourced department (SCO) in Bratislava as a result of the One.ERP programme

Support the SCO project with on-boarding of NatCo's

Manage the central and local team activities throughout the rollout

Ensure rollout of global template processes (only supporting deviation for legal/regulatory or business critical reasons)

Find possible solutions for local gaps within the framework of the corporate specifications

Leading and coordinating activities within and between local & central teams.

Coordinating with other work steams and parallel projects (Integration of Functions and Cross-Functions)

Highlighting risk, issues and escalation in all areas of the program to rollout management and project/line lead

Actively managing with risk, issues and escalation within own work stream.

Communicate continuously to project/line lead and project stakeholders
