Oncology Sr CRA Los Angeles

A rapidly growing pharmaceutical company with a start-up feel is seeking an Oncology Senior CRA to assist with management and monitoring of an exciting global study with 30+ sites.

This is a great opportunity for those interested in utilizing and expanding their oncology research management experience. The candidate will be responsible for site start up and management activities, including budgeting, negotiations, compliance, protocol quality assurance, vendor management, CRF submittals, data cleans, and study closeout activities.

The ideal candidate will have:

- BS/ BA/ MS in a life sciences or related field
- Minimum of 7 years pharmaceutical industry including.
- 4+ years of monitoring experience is required.
- Oncology trial experience is a plus.
- Experience in site initiation, preparation of periodic clinical study progress
- Interpersonal relationships, communication, decision making, execution/results/process improvement, presentation, customer satisfaction, leadership, people and talent management
- Ability to travel 20% regionally.

This is a full time, direct hire, position located in Los Angeles, CA. This is an in-house position.
