I am currently looking for an Onsite support consultant for a long term contract based in Allschwil - Switzerland
The Onsite support consultant will be Responsible for the following:
* On-site User Support for any hardware or software related issues
* Good communication with users on all levels, tracking of issues in ticketing system
* Perform all activities according to Quality standards eg GxP
The Onsite support consultant will ideally have the following skills and expertise:
* Key Skills: Excellent soft-skills, service mindset, independent worker
* Onsite support
* Setup of new computers,
* Setup mobile devices
* Setup hand scanners
* Setup printers
* Setup MS Windows/Office
