TOOLS:
SCCM for remote control
OTHER IMPORTANT ELEMENTS:
Good user communication skills, independent, resourceful, ability to deal with unexpected situations, trustworthy.
License (intervention sites).
Core competence: support PC OS XP and Win 7 (future), Office, basic network administration database server.
DUTCH & FRENCH LANGUAGE SKILLS ARE MANDATORY FOR THIS FUNCTION.
