On-Boarding Manager
A global Financial Institution based in Luxembourg seeks an experienced On-Boarding Manager to join their dynamic team.
Your responsibilities:
* Ensuring effective internal relationships with various business areas such as Hosting, Infrastructure & Operations, Sales, and others, whilst delivering an efficient handover to the appropriate teams post
* implementation for an online payments system
* Ensuring effective external relationships throughout the onboarding process and acting as escalation point of contact to the business during the implementation process.
* Project management of all involved parties including Vendors, Clients and internal departments to ensure timely completion of the onboarding process
Our requirements:
* Experience in project management and IT service delivery within the financial technology sector.
* Experience of SWIFT and SEPA would be definite asset
* A proven track record of relationship/stakeholder management, the ability to prioritise competing demands
* Excellent interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders and directly influence them
* Strong analytical & communication skills
* Ability to work independently
* Good judgment, tact and discretion
* English mandatory, French would be an advantage
