My client, a local authority in East London is looking for a experienced Joint Commissioning Manager to help integrate their older people services.
You will work collaboratively with the Head of Service to oversee the commissioning of services for older people.
This role will enable you to play a key part in working in partnership with a variety of organisations ie Primary and Secondary Care; Third Sector and Private Providers. This is a joint post between the Council CCG.
