MY DUTIES:

- Support in introducing OKRs into the D2C area (~50 people, growing)
- Means set up regular meetings, moderate meetings and keep the teams on pace establishing OKRs though considering operational requirements
- Mentoring in taking over ownership and executive accountibility within a multi-cultural team
- Support in Training of methodology
- Moderation of agile meetings
- Agile Coaching of D2C teams
- OKR = Objectives & Key Results
- D2C = Direct2ConsumerSupport
