Nursing Care Team Leader

I am looking to hire a NURSING CARE TEAM LEADER based out of COVENTRY/WARWICK for one of my Public Sector Client.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

- Must be a qualified nurse, preferably experienced in Continuing Healthcare and man management, leading staff etc.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The post holder will work as a member of Person Centred Commissioning Business Unit of the Commissioning Support Service, and will be a team leader for the NHS Continuing Healthcare and Funded Nursing Care Team
- To have a Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS Funded Nursing Care (Revised 2009), and any other associated legislation.
- To ensure compliance with all responsibilities associated with processes, and protocols, locally and nationally, with regards to the CHC National Framework and any related legislation, including Personal Health Budgets
- To be responsible for the planning, development and evaluation of the clinical service.
- Provide professional, supervisory, clinical leadership and operational management of the clinical team.
- To work in partnership with all professionals in order to develop and maintain effective communication and good working relationships, with Clinical Commissioning Groups, Primary and Secondary Care, Local Authorities.
