Our client has job vacancies for Nurses to work within Offender Health Teams based in Kent. There are full time and part time positions available and the pay rates for these roles are 25,000-45,000 per annum depending on hours and days worked, qualifications and experience.

Duties
- Providing a holistic package of care.
- Carrying out assessments.
- Writing plans.
- Delivering and evaluating care.
- Directing and supervising the work of other professionals.

Requirements
All applicants must be an RGN/RMN, have a valid NMC Pin and have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working within a similar role. Prison clearance is not essential but is preferred.
